How long does it take to receive my order?
Most Art by Oz orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the time your order is placed.
Items such as leggings and Hawaiian shirts are hand-sewn to order and may require an additional 1–2 business days before shipping. This extra time helps ensure quality and craftsmanship.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Do you ship during holidays?
Yes, we continue to process and ship orders during most holidays. However, major holidays and high-volume periods (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, and Christmas) may result in slight delays due to increased order volume and shipping carrier backlogs.
We recommend ordering early during holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All items are produced and shipped as efficiently as possible while maintaining quality.
Where do you ship?
Art by Oz ships worldwide to most countries.
At this time, we are unable to ship to a few regions due to shipping and carrier restrictions, including Africa, China, and Russia.
